Mr. Hemant Shetye, aged 58 years is founder member (Designated Partner) of HSPN & ASSOCIATES LLP 9previously known as HS Associates - Company Secretaries). He is Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India & also a Commerce & Law Graduate from Mumbai University. He became member in 1989 & Since in Practice for more than 3 decades. He is also registered with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India, New Delhi as an Insolvency Professional since 2019-2020. He has successfully completed the "NISM-Series-lI-A: Registrars to an lssue and Share Transfer Agents- Corporate Certification Examination" as required under the SEBI (Certification of Associated Persons in the Securities Markets) Regulations, 2007. He has also passed examination to enrol himself in Independent Director Data maintained by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
He brings along with him rich experience in Corporate Laws. During his Practice, he was associated with many corporates in assignments such as IPO, mergers & acquisitions, take overs of listed & unlisted entities, Corporate Restructuring, Preferential Allotments, Buy Back of shares & other Corporate Actions. He also carries with him experience in appearing before various Statutory Authorities such as NCLT [erstwhile CLB], Regional Director, SEBI. Along with his expertise in corporate restructuring he also has 30 years of experience in Secretarial Services such as Secretarial Audit, ROC Compliances and BSE Compliances. He has diverse portfolio of nearly 20 listed companies having operations in various sectors. Also associated in IPO at SME Platform & main bourse Platform of BSE/NSE.
His Membership number of ICSI is F2827 & Registration no. with IBBI IBBI/IPA002/NO0894/2019-2020/12872.
He is also having valid Authorisation for Assignment (AFA) bearing no: AA2/12872/02/091222/201746 which is valid from 05/12/2022 - 05/12/2023.
He is also empanelled with NCLT for the period of January - June, 2023.
