Mr. Hemant Shetye, aged 58 years is founder member (Designated Partner) of Hemant Shetye 9previously known as HS Associates - Company Secretaries). He is Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India & also a Commerce & Law Graduate from Mumbai University. He became member in 1989 & Since in Practice for more than 3 decades. He is also registered with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India, New Delhi as an Insolvency Professional since 2019-2020. He has successfully completed the "NISM-Series-lI-A: Registrars to an lssue and Share Transfer Agents- Corporate Certification Examination" as required under the SEBI (Certification of Associated Persons in the Securities Markets) Regulations, 2007. He has also passed examination to enrol himself in Independent Director Data maintained by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
